The Charles Village Festival attracts six to seven thousand visitors from surrounding Baltimore neighborhoods each year. We welcome you to experience our community spirit, our hospitality, and our neighborhood, which are only three of the many great reasons why Charles Village was named one of the top 10 neighborhoods in America by the American Planning Association.
