Charles Village Gardens

Charles Villagers are famous for their exquisite gardens, which draw over 200-250 paid annually visitors each year during the Garden Walk.  This year, the community seeks to expand Garden Walk promotional activities so that even more visitors can experience the tranquility of these urban oases and learn from master gardener’s tips they can use when planting their own gardens. Featured this year will be the gardens in the south end of the village (south of 29th Street).

A plant sale will be held at Barclay School where there will also be Master Gardeners to answer plant questions.  The Barclay School is on the Garden Walk.  Also, the Barclay Garden Club Kids will be handing out lemonade.
