From Jazz to Rock, from Instrumental to new talent, come to the Charles Village Festival to witness professional and local groups! We've teamed up with the 8x10 to present a wide variety of music for your listening pleasure on two stages. Come sit on the hillside with family and friends and enjoy the continuous, beautiful, audio-soundscape emanating from Wyman Park Dell.

Kids Games

The Village Learning Place is thrilled to once again provide kids' activities at this year's festival. Families will create funky Charles Village crafts, play sensational games, and as always, jump in the thrilling moonbounce! Tickets are $1 each or six for $5 (number of tickets per activity varies). Activities run from 10am - 5pm on Saturday and 10am - 4pm on Sunday (with an adult swim in the moonbounce at 3:45 pm each day).

Beer, Wine, and Food

This year's beer and wine will be donated by restaurants and liquor stores in and around Charles Village. There will be a variety of beer including microbrews, and the selection of varietals is sure to include, red and white wines! Also our variety of food will amaze and tantalize your tastebuds!

This years menu includes:

Garden Walk

The 30th Garden Walk of 2009 will include gardens South of 29th Street between Howard Street and Guilford Avenue. At 11am the day of the Garden Walk, turn in vouchers at the Garden Walk Booth for the Garden Walk Map/Guide. The gardens will be open for viewing 11am - 4pm Sunday June 7th. The Garden Walk Map/Guide purchased on June 7th will cost $10.00.

VOUCHER SALES

You can buy Garden Walk vouchers at the 32nd Street Farmer's Market on May 16th, 23rd and 30th for $8.00 per ticket. On June 6, vouchers will not be on sale at the Farmer's Market. Instead, you can purchase them at the Festival from 11am onward at the Garden Walk Booth.
